GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 5-10 business days. 

We shipped everywhere with Canada Post & packages are processed through each country's local postal service.

Please note, for packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" via Canada Post for an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you do notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change before your package is shipped out.
After an order is submitted, it is very hard for us to cancel or modify an order. Please double check your order before submitting the order. If a change has to be made, please email us right away with the change(s). If possible, we will gladly make the change for you right away.

Once shipped orders in Canada take from 2 to 21 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

USA Shipping
